Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Meciple ("the Service"), operated by The Kingdom Fund, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Meciple is a software tool for trade journaling, risk calculation, rule tracking and behavioural feedback. It is software only. It does not execute trades, manage funds, provide signals, or give financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Free tier and subscriptions
Free accounts may log up to 10 trades. Meciple Pro is billed monthly at USD 29 (or the ZAR equivalent) through our payment partners Paystack and PayFast. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of the trade data you upload. You grant us a licence to process it solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is". Market data, news times and calculations are indicative and may be delayed or inaccurate. Always verify with your broker.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Kingdom Fund is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
